Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes, we offer a free consultation. Please call, email, or text us, and we will be more than happy to review your project on-site and provide you with a free quote and consultation.

What is the process for a contract?

If you are happy with our quote, we will provide a detailed scope of work outlining all tasks included in the project. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project on our schedule.

  • Payment Schedule:

    1. Once we begin work, 50% of the remaining balance is due.

    2. At 75% completion, a second deposit of 35% is due.

    3. The final deposit (15%) is required upon project completion and walkthrough.

This ensures transparency and clarity throughout the process.

How long do projects take?

All project timelines vary depending on the scope of work. We do NOT rush projects and we are transparent with expectations.

Are there delays in projects? If so, what's the process?

While we strive to complete projects on time, there are sometimes unavoidable delays due to factors such as weather conditions, undisclosed site challenges, or hidden issues not immediately apparent.

    1. We will promptly communicate any delays and their impact on the timeline.

    2. We will work diligently to mitigate any challenges and resume progress as quickly as possible.

What payments do you take?

We take the following payment methods:

  • Business and personal checks

Please note: A $250 fee will be applied to any bounced checks.

Are materials included in my quote?

Yes, materials are included in our quotes! This includes heavy machinery rentals and other project-related equipment unless specified otherwise.

Will I Receive a payment receipt?

Yes, we provide detailed receipts and confirmation for all payments made, ensuring transparency and accurate record-keeping.

Do you handle permits and Inspections?

Yes, we manage all necessary permits and inspections required for your project, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.

Do you have architects and designers on your team?

We do not have architects and designers our team. However, we work with several architects and designers that we can highly recommend.
